Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans sometimes change.

If you need to cancel or reschedule: Please provide at least 24 hours notice prior to your session time in Indian Standard Time (IST).

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable

• Non-attendance without prior notice forfeits the full session fee

If Sahara needs to cancel: You will receive a full refund or be offered the next available slot — whichever you prefer.

If Sahara needs to reschedule: A replacement session will be offered at no additional cost. No refund will be issued in this instance.

Refunds where applicable will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
